My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong was truly really good. The views from my room were absolutely amazing, particularly the sight of the Shanghai Tower and Pearl Tower. The room was well-designed and comfortable, making it a joy to return to. However, the limited food options in the lobby bar were a slight downside, though everything else exceeded my expectations.
